We can certainly help you delete your account. If you have your username and password we can do this without calling them on the phone. If you don't have access to your account, then take a minute to reset your password before we begin. Once you are ready to start, login to your eHarmony account using your username and password.
Click "My Settings" at the top of the page.
Then click "Account settings"
Then click "Cancel My Subscription"
This will take you to another screen where they will ask you to re-enter your password to confirm that you wish to cancel your account. Re-enter your password to move on.
Select the reason that you are closing your account, then click "Submit" and you should be all set.
