How do I get a refund for a purchase on iTunes?

If you are trying to get a refund you can use the link below, If you have already contacted customer support you can use the number in the second link to call customer support about the refund status. In order to start the refund process you will need to first make sure iTunes is open.
Sign in with your username and password and go to "Account Info" then click "Purchases"
Click on the arrow next to the purchase batch that contains the purchase you'd like a refund for and click "Report"
Follow the steps and explain why there's an issue with this purchase, and why you are requesting a refund. Once you are done, submit the issue to them or if it's easier, you can always call iTunes here.
